With over 500,000 trained professionals needed by 2030 to meet EU targets, the session highlighted how a skilled workforce is essential to accelerating the deployment of heat pumps and achieving Europe’s climate goals.
Smart-Pumps and SKILLSAFE-EU are tackling this challenge from different but complementary angles: advancing smart, sustainable design and manufacturing on one side, and developing practical, safety-focused training frameworks on the other.
